"Quality was okay, but the changing terms were annoying"
The fabric is actually nice, but the stitching wasn’t as good as I expected. What really bothered me, though, was that the terms seemed to change from what I originally thought, which made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating.

"Loved the Stitching When I Unboxed It"
I noticed the stitching pretty much as soon as I took it out of the package. I gave it a quick look over, expecting to find a few loose threads or uneven spots, but everything looked really clean and neatly finished. It has that solid, well-made feel that makes you think someone actually took their time with it. I’ve been happy with it so far.

"Shipping took a little longer than expected"
I placed my order and everything turned out fine in the end, but the shipping was slower than I expected. For a few days, the tracking barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure where my package was or if it was still moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and my order did arrive okay, but I wouldn’t say it was especially quick either.

"Sizing was really off for me"
The dress itself looked cute, but the sizing felt way smaller than expected. I ordered my usual size and it just didn’t fit right at all. The return process was kind of a hassle too, so I’m not sure I’d try ordering from here again.

"Really styles"
I really liked the overall vibe of the site. The dresses were so elegant, and the designs felt modern without being over the top. It was easy to browse for event outfits, and the photos helped me picture them better. The only thing is the prices aren’t exactly cheap, but the pieces do feel a little more special. Did anyone else feel the same way about the pricing? I’d still definitely check back again

"Helpful, but kinda slow slow"
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was hoping. I ended up sending a follow-up before I finally got a clear answer, so there was some waiting, waiting around.

Once they replied, they were nice and helped fix my question, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the responses were quicker, especially when you’re waiting on an order update and checking, checking your inbox.

"Smooth first order"
First time ordering from Rachel Gilbert. Super easy. Photos were clear, sizing helped, checkout was quick. Got my confirmation email right away too. No issues so far. I’d shop here again.

"So glad I didn’t risk another dress for my cousin’s wedding"
I wore this to my cousin’s wedding and it ended up being perfect for the occasion. I was a little worried about picking the wrong outfit and feeling out of place, but this dress made it so easy. No stress, and I’m really glad I didn’t pass on it.

"Refund was a bit slower than I thought"
I ordered something from rachelgilbert.us, but I ended up sending it back. The return itself was mostly fine, just the refund part felt kind of slow to me. I had to message them once because I was like, okay, what is happening here.
They did answer me, and the money did come back in the end, so it wasn’t a bad disaster or anything. I just would have liked if they told me more clearly where things were at, without me needing to ask awkwardly.

"Looks just like the pics"
Got this dress it’s exactly like the photos. The color was spot on, the fit was accurate, and there were no weird surprises or anything. Super happy with it tbh, I’d definitely buy again.

"I wasn’t totally sure at first since..."
I wasn’t totally sure at first since the prices aren’t exactly cheap, but once it arrived, I kind of got it. The dress fit really nicely and the fabric just felt better than a lot of other things I’ve bought. Shipping was fine from what I remember, no big issue there. I’d probably order from rachelgilbert.us again if I needed something for an event or whatever.

The return label showed up quickly, customer service got back to me the next day, and the new size arrived sooner than I thought it would. this is how exchanges should work—straightforward, no back-and-forth, and no unnecessary stress.

"Super comfy, honestly"

"really nice packaging"
my order showed up packed super well, and everything looked clean and neat when i opened it. nothing was crushed or thrown around, which i really appreciated. it felt like they put some care into it.

"Cute stuff, but the sizing disappears suspiciously fast"
I needed a dress for an event and found a few I liked, but of course half the sizes were already gone. I kept checking back and eventually found one that worked, so it wasn’t a total fail, but it was definitely annoying. the way the popular sizes vanish makes me wonder if there’s some secret stock game happening behind the scenes. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but still, they really should keep the best items in stock longer.
